We would like to welcome you, EXHIBITORS . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . to participate in our 22^nd Annual Convention, as we return to Colonial Williamsburg. We are truly excited to host all Convention activities at the new Williamsburg Lodge, where you can literally relive our colonial heritage in one of America’s finest resorts. We strive to create an informal atmosphere that will enable you to easily interact with your customers, Virginia’s Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Loan Originators. VAMB’s objective is to help you display your products to your customers in a relaxed social setting. Your continued support of our organization and industry is greatly appreciated. We know at VAMB that you make a great Convention possible.

Due to our current economic situation and to keep up with our fearless leaders in Congress, we have introduced our own stimulus package for our EXHIBITORS. In order to help reduce your expenses in these tight times, we have reduced our Exhibitor fees by more than 20 percent. We are offering our Brokers and Originators a complete FHA Mortgage Loan Workshop, which will prepare them to originate FHA loans through a sponsoring lender, which HUD will allow starting in late summer. This change will create a new opportunity for Brokers who are not approved FHA Correspondents to begin originating FHA loans. As a result, we expect a very large turnout of Virginia’s Brokers and Originators so that they can take advantage of this opportunity. Enclosed is your 2010 Exhibitor Packet so that you can make sure you get your registration in early.
